Young chef Adam Morrison age 14 from Killyleagh, a pupil of Down High has been chosen to enter the next heat of our Young Chef competition in Dublin. His meal was,as a starter he made pea & asparagus soup, topped with Parmesan shavings served with Parmesan flat bread.

His main course was fennel & herb crusted salmon served with garlic chunky chips, mange tout and a lemon and horse radish creme frais

His pud was lemon cheesecake served with a berry coulis
